This is a fun 21-day challenge to help you get more flexible, get in tune with your breath and feel better in your body. If you are a beginner you can always use blocks, straps and a chair for balance. The 1st week starts slowly for beginners so don’t worry if you don’t feel “good” at yoga! By the end of 21 days you will feel so good!
